We extend our sympathy to Dan and Brantley Nelson in the loss of their grandmother, Mary Lee Nelson, who passed away Tuesday. Funeral services were held Monday at Taylor Funeral Home.
We extend our sympathy to Bart Nash and Yvette Bishop in the loss of their father, Loyd Nash who passed away Saturday evening. Visitation will be held today from 4-8 PM and Wednesday from 11 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 PM at Taylor Funeral Home.
We extend our sympathy to Marianne Lankford in the loss of her sister, Shirley Roth, who passed away Saturday. A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11 AM at Union Cemetery. (No public visitation will be held)
Prayers have been requested for:
- Bea Owen, who is in ICU recovering from a heart attack
- Melissa Brown, (daughter of Dan Brown) who has a tumor in her kidney and is scheduled for surgery to remove the kidney in a few weeks
- Brad Beaubien, who is schedule for surgery on July 8th to repair an aneurysm
- Kimberly Fowlkes, who will undergo treatment in Jackson, TN next week
- Sean Moore, who is recovering from surgery at Horizon Medical Center
- Scottie Page, who has returned home from the hospital
- Wilma Stroud, (aunt of Sherrie Turbeville) who is in serious condition in Vanderbilt Hospital
- Andy Wall, who is in Horizon Medical Center
- Mason, (friend of James Ayers) who has placed under hospice care

Camp Leatherwood is in need of cookies and monetary donations for fruit. Please give donation to Chris Hedge, or to the church office. Cookie donations can be taken to the church kitchen on or before Sunday, June 27. Thank you!
Mark your calendars for the Ladies’ Card Signing and Encouragement get together for Sunday at 4:30 PM in the Lower Gathering Room.
June items for the Golden Deeds Ministry are umbrellas and ponchos. These items will be provided to each of our mission house residents when they move in. There is a collection bin in the Gathering Room.
