We extend our sympathy to Norman Lampley and family in the loss of his brother, Al Lampley, who passed away Monday in Charlotte, NC. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 AM in Belmont, NC.

- Martha Henson, (friend of Candice Compton) who started her chemo treatments Friday for breast cancer

- Marilyn White and Christine Walton, (friends of Peggy Bean) who are battling cancer
- Odell Harris, (mother of Pamala Massie) who is recovering at home
