Join us for Walnut Street’s Vacation Bible School tonight beginning at 7 PM in the Auditorium! We’ll learn all about how My God Is So Big! Come out and enjoy skits, crafts, games and refreshments. Invite your friends and neighbors.
Walnut Street will host a mobile blood drive on Tuesday, July 20 from 9 AM to 2 PM in our main parking lot. Blood inventory levels are critically low right now and donors are desperately needed. All blood donated will be used in our local hospital. You can make an appointment at bloodassurance.org, or drop in Tuesday between 9-2.
If you have a child entering kindergarten in the fall, please call and notify the church office as we are preparing for our annual Kindergarten Recognition Night. Please email a photo of your child to Pamela at pmassie@wscoc.com. Kindergarten Recognition Night will take place on August 1 at 5 PM. Bryan will be speaking on the value of teaching God’s Word. Following the evening worship, we will honor all of Walnut Street’s teachers with a Teacher Appreciation Dinner. You can sign up next Sunday by using the on-line check in QR code. Please provide family name and number attending.
July items for the Golden Deeds Ministry are plastic food containers and cleaning products. These items will be provided to each of our mission house residents when they move in. There is a collection bin in the Gathering Room.
Mark your calendars for the Ladies’ Card Signing and Encouragement get together for Sunday, July 25th at 4:30 PM in the Lower Gathering Room.
