The Room Inn Our Hearts Ministry will learn how to make sleeping mats out of plastic shopping bags on Monday, November 7 at 6:30 PM. These will be given to the homeless. Anyone interested is welcome to come. Toiletry bags will also be assembled that night at 6:15 PM. Look for more information about these two opportunities in Sunday’s Edifier.
The Senior Ministry is planning a trip to Healing Hands International on Friday, October 28, leaving by carpool at 8:30 AM and returning at 2:45. The group will assemble Magi Boxes. Space is limited.
Make plans to participate in our annual Trunk or Treat community outreach event on Saturday, October 29 from 6-7:30 PM. Candy/treat donations can be dropped off at the church office. You can sign up at the Information Booth if you can help with clean up, bring refreshments, provide security, donate candy, or provide a trunk.
