We extend our sympathy to the family of Lyle Farrell, who passed away Friday afternoon. A private burial for family will be held at Veteran’s Cemetery today at 10 AM. A memorial service will be held today at 11:30 AM here at Walnut Street. Formerly, Lyle served as an elder at Walnut Street and was a member for 40 years.

Walnut Street will assist with the building of a Habitat for Humanity House on Saturday, April 8. There will be a sign-up sheet in the Gathering Room. In addition, there will be an opportunity to make donations to provide food for the workers in all adult Bible classes this Sunday.
A New Member Lunch will be held Sunday, April 2 for anyone who placed membership since March of last year. Please RSVP to the church office at (615) 446-2909.
Sean Moore has suffered a serious setback in his recovery and is need of encouragement. He would enjoy cards and short visits. Be sure to leave some words of encouragement on the sign located in the Gathering Room.

Mark your calendars for a Graduation Reception meeting Sunday, April 2 at 4:30 in room 410. This meeting is for parents of graduating high school seniors.
