Our upcoming Friends and Family Day will be Sunday, April 30, 2017. Bud Lambert will be speaking at the 9 AM and Mid-Day services. There will be guest teachers for Bible classes at 10:15 AM and an Add-A-Dish lunch to follow in the Fellowship Hall at 11:00 AM.

If serving others is your desire, Saturday, April 29 is a date to remember. In just under two weeks Bob Williams, our deacon for Saturday Samaritans, will lead us as we “Leave the Building” to serve needs in our community. Here is how you can help: If you know of a need please call the office and let us know. It could be housework for a senior or clean-up or light repairs for anyone in need. The Senior’s Ministry will participate in a service project to assist in sorting and organizing food donated in the US Postal Service Food Drive. This project will take place on Monday, May 1 from 1-3 PM at the Help Center. Sign up in the Gathering Room.
Are you a nurse, doctor or pharmacist interested in going on a mission trip this summer? Mike Tucker, preacher for the Chapel Hill Church of Christ is leading a medical mission to Georgetown, Guyana July 21-28 and has a spot to fill. If you’re interested, contact Mike at 270-727-1014.

Walnut Street’s day at the Auction is today! Walnut Street is the only organization on this date, so let’s all participate! Your items may be brought to the church office/kitchen this morning-clearly labeled with name and description of your item.
