 We extend our sympathy to the family of Ray Crouch who passed away yesterday.  Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-8 PM at Taylor Funeral Home and again Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM at Walnut Street.  Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 PM at Walnut Street.

 We extend our sympathy to Terry Williams and Lynn Mathis in the loss of their step-father, Jerry Huggins.  Funeral services were held yesterday at Taylor Funeral Home.  He was the grandfather of Leah Peeler and Bekah Pass.

 We extend our sympathy to Jeri Barber and family in the loss of her sister, Dorothy Potter. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.

 We extend our sympathy to the family of Shot Groves, who passed away Saturday.  Funeral services were held yesterday at Taylor Funeral Home.

  • Darrell Baker, who is waiting on test results from an MRI on his back
  • Joe Wilson, (brother of Janice Curd) who is recovering from surgery
  • Angela Tayes, (niece of Edgar Beard of the Sylvia Church of Christ) who is recovering from brain surgery to remove tumors
  • Melissa Tinsley, (co-worker of Peggy Bean) who has glaucoma and a growth in one eye
  • Des Leonard, (friend of Eric Lott) who has been to Sarah Cannon Cancer Center

 Our monthly Wednesday Express Meal will be held tonight.  The menu is ham, macaroni and cheese and salad.

There will be a DOTS outing on Monday, April 24 at the home of Janie Jones.  This will be a catered meal and the cost will be $10.  Sign up in the Gathering Room by April 19.

The CIA Group will have their Mystery Trip on Sunday, April 23 from 1 to 3 PM.  Meet in the kitchen.

Our upcoming Friends and Family Day will be Sunday, April 30, 2017. Bud Lambert will be speaking at the 9 AM and Mid-Day services. There will be guest teachers for Bible classes at 10:15 AM and an Add-A-Dish lunch to follow in the Fellowship Hall at 11:00 AM.
