 We extend our sympathy to Joe and Rachel Corlew in the loss of Rachel’s father, Roland Roberts, who passed away Friday. Funeral services were held yesterday at the Mayfair Church of Christ in Huntsville.

We extend our sympathy to Roy Burkhart in the loss of his brother, Raymond Burkhart, who passed away Tuesday.  He was the uncle of Pam Baggett and Sandra Warf. Visitation will be held today from 4-8 PM at the Sykes Funeral Home in Clarksville.  Visitation will also be held tomorrow from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11 AM at Needmore Church of Christ in Woodlawn, TN.

 Prayers are requested for

•  Mark Jackson, who will undergo back surgery today
• Sandy Clinton, who will undergo back surgery on September 20
• Marion Holland, who is recovering from surgery for a broken leg
• Eula Batey, who is at home recovering from a mini-stroke
• Candice Compton, who has a pinched nerve
• Michelle Smith, (former member at Walnut Street) who has been diagnosed with stomach cancer and is undergoing chemo and radiation treatments
• Ginger Young, (wife of Clay Young, friend of many at Walnut Street), who has been placed under hospice care
