We extend our sympathy to Mary England in the loss of her brother, Bud McEwen.  Visitation will be held Sunday from 2 until the time of the funeral at 4 PM at Taylor Funeral Home.

 We extend our sympathy to Penny Langston and Pat Cowan in the loss of their cousin, Will Dean, who passed away yesterday. Visitation will be held Saturday from 3-9 PM. Funeral service Sunday  at 1 PM at Taylor Funeral Home.

 We extend our sympathy to Laura Beth Moffitt (friend of many at Walnut Street) in the loss of her infant daughter, Olivia Moffitt, who passed away Wednesday.

 We extend our sympathy to Lisa Harris and family in the loss of her cousin, Jasper “Jay” Cotton, who passed away Saturday.  Funeral services were held Thursday at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home in Franklin.

 We wish to congratulate Josh Ewing, who was baptized Sunday evening.

 All ladies are invited to a come-and-go bridal shower honoring Lacey Bush, bride-elect of Matt Piland, on Saturday, May 14 from 10-11:30 AM in the Gathering Room.  Lacy is registered at Hodges, Target, Wal-Mart and Belks. She has requested that ladies bring their favorite recipe to share.

The college Secret Pal Reveal will be held Sunday, May 15 at 5 PM in the Fellowship Hall.  Students or Pals that are not able to attend are asked to contact Kim Long.

Everyone is invited to a fundraiser to benefit Savannah Patrick, granddaughter of James & Loretta Wall, on May 21 from 10 AM to 7 PM at the White Bluff Community Center.  Savannah suffers from Rett Syndrome and requires extensive therapy and medical care.
