We extend our sympathy to Graham Acree and family in the loss of his mother, Doris Acree, who passed away Sunday. Visitation will be held Monday, February 12 from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11 AM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville.  (5110 Gallatin Pike)

We extend our sympathy to Robbie Oliphant and family in the loss of her mother, Clara Schreiber.  Visitation will be held today from 2-8 PM at Taylor Funeral home, and Saturday from 1 PM until the time of the funeral at 2 PM at Walnut Street.

 We extend our sympathy to Liz Graham and family in loss of her sister-in-law, Mary Ann Lewis. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Taylor Funeral Home.

 Congratulations to Lexa Endsley, who was baptized Friday night. Lexa is the daughter of David and Barbara Tuggle.

 Congratulations to Mady Harmon, who was baptized Sunday morning. Mady is the daughter of Bill and Allyson Harmon and granddaughter of Richard and Janie Jones.

The Young Adult Group will have a devotional and chili supper on Saturday, February 10 at 6 PM at the home of Randy and Bonnie Tidwell.  Please let Mark Gooch know if you plan to attend.

All ladies are invited to a come-and-go baby shower honoring Farrah Lowery on Sunday, February 18 from 1-2:30 PM in the Gathering Room. Farrah is registered at Buy Buy Baby, Amazon and Target.

The Homebuilders Group will host a Valentine making event at NHC on Sunday, February 11 from 1:30 to 2:30 PM.  Meet in the lobby of NHC.  Crafts and refreshments will be provided.

A Food for Thought luncheon will be held on Tuesday, February 13. The menu will be baked chicken, rice, mixed veggies and dessert. Today is the deadline to RSVP to the church office. Speaking this month will be Mark O’Neal, General Manager of the Greater Dickson Gas Authority and member of Walnut Street.

Everyone is invited to our monthly Wednesday Express Meal on February 14. The menu will be breakfast. Cost per person is $ 5.00.

All ladies are invited to a bread-making class at the home of Cissy Williams on Saturday, February 17 beginning at 9 AM.  A sign-up sheet with additional details is available in the Gathering Room.

Mark your calendars for Walnut Street’s Indoor Picnic on Sunday, February 18. Please make a note of the date change.

All men are invited to the Men’s Chili and Wild Game Supper & Devotional on Monday, February 19 at 6 PM. Bring your favorite chili, wild game, dessert or sides. Come enjoy an evening of good eating and fellowship.  Devotional speaker will be Dan Nelson.
