 We wish to congratulate Joseph and Jamie Brown on the birth of their son, Easton William, who was born Monday.  Proud big sisters are Corinne and Addison.  Proud grandparents are Gaylan and Melissa Brown.

 We wish to congratulate Emory Marlin, who was baptized last Friday and Garrett Kruse, who was baptized Sunday evening. Emory is the son of Terry and Sonya Marlin and Garrett is the son of Blake and Allison Kruse.

We extend our sympathy to Louise Goins and family in the loss of her sister, Ruth Brown, who passed away yesterday in Florida.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.

 We extend our sympathy to Donny and Penny Arnold and family in the loss of their son, Peyton.  Peyton was a friend to many at Walnut Street.  Visitation will be held today from 2 to 8 PM at Taylor Funeral Home.  Visitation will also be held Saturday from 12 until the time of the funeral at 2:30 PM here at Walnut Street.

We extend our sympathy to Lea Tucker and family in the loss of her mother, Jean Overton, who passed away Friday evening. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Spann Funeral Home.

 Please note that if you signed up to attend the Senior Ministry Outing to the Country and Western Steakhouse on Friday, we will begin loading the bus at 3:30 PM and the bus will leave at 3:45 PM. (earlier than previously planned) If you are signed up to ride the bus but can’t make it by 3:45, please contact Kim at 615-319-8458.  There are open seats if you have not signed up but would like to attend.
